Guarding Your Heart And Your Calendar

As women, we spend so much of our lives giving.

We give our love to family, our time to others, and our energy to work. Sometimes, we forget ourselves.

I’ve learned that having a generous heart does not mean everyone deserves unlimited access to our time and energy.

You can love without losing yourself. You can be kind without always being available.

Not everyone brings peace into your life. Some people encourage you, while others leave you emotionally exhausted. Learning the difference is wisdom.

As women and business owners, our calendars fill quickly. But we must leave room for rest, family, faith, and the little moments that bring happiness.

As we grow older, we realize that meaningful relationships matter more than having many people around us.

Choose those who respect your boundaries, celebrate your growth, and offer the same kindness you give.

HaShem teaches us compassion and generosity, but caring for ourselves is important, too.

You do not have to exhaust yourself to prove your love or your worth.

Sometimes, protecting your peace is the greatest act of self-love.

“Today, I choose myself, too.”

Love and Blessings,

Sasha Ariella ❤️
